How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Lowestscale Concrete wants every person who contacts us to be treated fairly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what to expect. It is a general template, not legal advice.
Topics You Can Bring to Us
- Your experience calling or messaging Lowestscale Concrete
- How your personal information was handled
- Site content that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If Your Complaint Is About a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service.
First, raise the problem with the provider directly. Next, keep a written record of what was said and agreed.
Then tell us too. Feedback helps us keep our network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. Please note that Lowestscale Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, refund money paid to a provider or act on a provider's behalf.
Steps to File
Email contact@lowestscale.beer and include:
1. Your name and the easiest way to reach you 2. The date you contacted us or the provider 3. The number you called or the form you used, if you remember 4. The provider's name, if you know it 5. A short summary of what happened and what outcome you want
After You Write
We will confirm by email that we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. We then look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our reply does not settle things, answer it and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. A state contractor licensing board may help with licensed providers.
